They deliver market leading services & products to both public and private sector clients and have won a number of awards for customer service and innovation.

Your new role

We are searching for a senior level Asset Manager to lead on a major maintenance and lifecycle project across a diverse and complex estate, your responsibilities will include

• Develop and devise an effective asset management strategy
• Management of team of asset management professionals
• Devise and implement an ISO55000 plan
• Advise the client on future maintenance strategies and life cycle projects
• Build a comprehensive asset register across numerous sites and locations
• Report back to internal & external stakeholders on asset condition and replacement programs

What you'll need to succeed

You will come from a strong asset management and engineering background, have experience of ISO55000 and understand the facilities management sector. It is imperative you are able to lead a team of engineering professionals and build solid relationships with clients.
