The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering robust facilities strategies across the organisation, ensuring the efficient and compliant running of the client's offices; making recommendations on the future office accommodation requirements of the organisation.

My client are a leading housing association in the south east that own and manage over 20,000 homes.
Description
Lead on office property strategy to deliver premises which align with the business needs and ensure all lease obligations are met by all parties including office moves, acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments, in line with business requirements.
Lead on office strategy to deliver premises which align with the business needs and ensure lease obligations and statutory requirements are met by relevant parties.
Lead on and manage facilities projects, including maintaining and managing the commercial portfolio, office moves, acquisitions, disposals and refurbishments, in line with business requirements.
Manage and deliver effective service contracts achieving value for money for the client's offices.
Plan and co-ordinate maintenance across the office portfolio and ensure that repairs and maintenance are executed
Operationally manage and control facilities budgets, in line with standing financial instructions.
To cover weekend and out of hours working for planned and reactive maintenance, projects and other activities as and when required.
Profile
Extensive and detailed knowledge of the management of building facilities, including all legislative aspects.
Expertise in the management of service contracts for offices and commercial property.
Desirable to have project management experience
Desirable to have membership of IWFM.
