This role is working as a Plumber/Maintenance Technician for the Educational sector in Central London. You will responsible for maintenance duties concerning Plumbing and basic Multi-Skilled duties.

Client Details

The client is a large educational establishment based in Central London. Previous Plumbing experience is required.

Description

As the Plumber/Maintenance Technician, your duties will typically include:

• Maintenance plumbing on the clients premises, responding to job calls and completing both reactive and planned maintenance work in a timely fashion.
• PPM and Reactive plumbing works on hot and cold water systems
• Monitoring of water systems
• Water sampling and disinfecting in the relation to the control of the Legionella bacteria in water systems
• Other general Multi-Skilled duties

Profile

The successful Plumber/Maintenance Technician will possess the following:

• Previous Plumbing experience
• Have a good knowledge of Water Hygiene
• Strong Customer service
• Previous maintenance experience in a commercial setting is desirable

Job Offer

• Up to £35,000 annually (qualifications and experience dependent)
• Day shifts working 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday
