A Senior FM Project Manager, a skilled collaborator with excellent ECO/Sustainability credentials. Working alongside a 3rd party Consultancy, able to lead a project and make decisions with the inclusivity of the team and all stakeholders from top to bottom.

A leading global operation, however this role sits purely within the operations related to the Manchester office move.
Description
Define the scope, goals and deliverables related to the project, from both the property and cultural change perspective.
Work with the Project Sponsor and Transformation team to establish the appropriate governance for the project.
Co-ordinate the activity between property consultants and landlords to establish the necessary tasks and accurately estimate the associated time schedule and resources required to deliver the new property portfolio.
Lead to the project team to define new ways of working, processes and behaviours required to support the location strategy.
Identify, evaluate and manage any project related issues / risks which arise during the period pre, during and post deployment.
Monitor progress and report on all project status.
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team in order to deliver key and timely deployment of the project.
Agree resourcing requirements and engage with relevant parties to ensure the project can be delivered in an effective and efficient manner in line with agreed project and strategic milestones.
Act as primary escalation point for project-related issues / risks which arise during the project, presenting solutions and recommendations for mitigation.
Act as a bridge between the project and the leadership to communicate progress and recommend key decisions in relation to the project.
Provide support to Senior Managers as they help their direct reports through transitions to ensure the defined operating principles are adhered to.
Profile
Track record of delivering office relocation/property projects across varied business units, functions and sites
Understanding of change management processes, methodologies and tools
Ability to identify, resolve issues and mitigate risk through deploying a mix of analysis, knowledge, and tools
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams within a matrix / virtual environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Financial acumen, excellent analytical and presentation skills
A promoter of the latest and best ECO / Sustainability options that the business could implement within budget.
A skilled collaborator with demonstrable stakeholder management skills at all levels.
An open communicator who brings the team on board to deliver the project with everyones buy in.
Job Offer
The role is preferred as 6 month FTC with a salary equivalent of £65-80k DOE. We can discuss day rate however I would stress this isn't the preferred route.
