We serve over 13,000 learners across a growing school and further education estate, ensuring over 75,000sqm of space is open, operational safe and compliant. Whilst delivering capital reinvestment and renewal projects currently running at over £50m. We are rationalising our estate and we are building whole new Colleges. We are maximising our income to reinvest in our existing buildings through a long-term masterplan lens - it’s an exciting time!

As part of a newly expanded team, you will be responsible for our facilities management service at a designated number of education sites in all respects. You will lead and motivate staff in a high quality and consistent service, with a refreshed customer focus and efficiency. You will drive a common approach with high level of compliance and customer service within our Service level agreement standards, whilst ensuring our sites remain open, operational and safe. Our ideal candidate will:
