The Operations Manager will form part of the Campus Operations Management Team. Taking responsibly for shaping and delivering our accommodation management, ensuring a best in class student experience. You will lead the Accommodation Cleaning Teams to ensure a five-star service, putting exceptional customer service at the heart of delivery.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record leading multi-site operational teams within Student Accommodation, Facility Management or Hospitality. Someone who can lead by example, motivate, and influence colleagues effectively to ensure all departments are running successfully. Previous experience managing budgets and the ability to set and achieve financial results are required. It would also be preferable for the successful candidate to be a member of ASRA or part of similar associations.
