Our client is well known services and engineering business with a portfolio of customers in both public and private sector. They deliver and operate engineering services and infrastructure projects within corporate, finance, defence, manufacturing and commercial environments. Widely regarded as an innovative and technology driven service provider they are known as an investor in people.

Your new role

Having secured a new nationwide contract they are recruiting for a National Head of Operations to manage, deliver and shape the delivery of maintenance services, key area’s of responsibility include

• Management and leadership of a large engineering workforce
• Co-ordinating high volume maintenance activity
• Managing work flow, help desk and CAFM functions
• Developing supply chain relationships
• Managing 3^rd party specialist contractors
• Identifying opportunity’s to increase efficiency & profitability
• Developing multiple stakeholder relationships
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Upskilling the engineering work force

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an individual that has proven experience of managing multiple site operations and a large service team at a senior level. A background managing and delivering technical FM or engineering would be highly advantageous, you must be able to lead and develop workforces. It’s imperative you can manage and balance senior level stakeholder relationships.
