Responsible for reactive maintenance and PPMs

Electrical maintenance

AHUs

General plumbing

Lighting, alarm systems, power

General maintenance

Mobile role around the Essex area - you will be given a van.

Fully qualified electrician

18th edition

General maintenance experience

Clean driving licence

Immediately available for work
