£70,000 plus Benefits, OTE, Car AllowanceOur client is a leading provider of facilities maintenance delivering a world class service to an impressive selection of clientele.
The purpose of this role is to build a strong pipeline of FM opportunities, developing, defining and closing new business opportunities nationally. With ambitious plans for 2021, they are looking for Senior Business Development Manager with a background in the maintenance/facilities management sector.
The Business Development Manager will lead the delivery and presentation of Facilities Management/Maintenance bids working closely with the Marketing, Bid and Estimation Teams.
Building strong relationships with the client, you will be able to extract the necessary information from them to ensure bids go beyond just meet the required criteria of RFI/RFQ's.Duties will include:

- Negotiating an effective balance between cost, value and risk, bringing deals to a close.
- Tracking tender portal's for potential opportunities that align with the FM business plan.
- Manage sales to operations hand over procedure into contract mobilisation.
- Maintain cost model through any company or industry related changes.
- Tender pricing creation through cost model.
- Subcontractor collation of quotation.
