Regional FM Technical Lead - 6 month FTC

This is a senior strategic level opportunity to manage all engineering services across a portfolio of sites across the South East for a blue chip corporate client on a 6 month FTC.  Key responsibilities will include;

Role details:

•    Overseeing all technical and hard services across a number of sites including labs, manufacturing and corporate offices.
•    Leading all compliance and risk based activities for the sites
•    Identifying and implementing best practice 
•    Acting as main point of contact for a wide range of client contacts at director level
•    Management of senior site based staff including training and development.
•    Budget management for hard services and any additional works
•    Monthly reporting to the client and account director
•    Travelling around the sites on a regular basis
  

Requirements:

You will have an engineering/ hard services background within the blue chip corporate or life sciences sectors at director/leadership level.
Knowledge of managing multiple sites and leading a large team is also essential for the role and the ability to start the role in January is also important.
