Regional Facilities Manager with a background in Education is required to join a growing facilities service provider who love to impress their clients and do things differently.

We are looking for someone with experience of managing educational contracts delivering hard and soft services facilities management services across a multi-site and multi-client portfolio.

You will have full responsibility for managing profit and loss on an £8m portfolio with a team of managers reporting into you.

This portfolio is based in the Midlands and the company are happy to support working from home, but you must be prepared to visit the office for meetings.

We are looking for a leader with who displays the following qualities:

• Great man management skills
• Strong customer relationship management
• Ability to manage P&L
• Multi client experience
• Ability to grow and develop a team of managers to succession plan
• Agile and responsive to the challenges or running a large educational portfolio through a pandemic
• Strives for continuous improvement
