Description

Working for Group, you will enjoy a highly autonomous and flexible role, supporting the business reduce bonds on legacy sites across the UK with an emphasis across Yorkshire, East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties. typical duties will include:

  • review existing bond liability and identify where they can be reduced or eradicated
  • Prior to new sites finishing, to work with the Production Department to ensure a timely issue of a maintenance certificate for both roads and sewers
  • Ensure all Health & Safety Method Statements and Risk Assessments are approved by the Production Director and/or Health & Safety Regional Advisor prior to commencing maintenance works on completed sites
  • Ensure regional adoption schedule and completed estates reports are up to date

Profile

To be successful in your application for this position:

  • You will have enjoyed a position clearing bonds on new build residential schemes.
  • You will have worked for a Local Authority, Consultancy or Housebuilder previously.
  • Have an intricate understanding of the various complexities and tools at your disposal to reduce and clear bonds.
  • In depth knowledge of Section Agreements, in particular 38, 37, 278, 104 & 102.
  • Experience in preparing schedules of work, bills of quantities and undertaking tender analysis of such works.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Must have a full driving licence.
