The client is a leading FM service provider who specialises in technical building maintenance mechanical and electrical.

Description

As a supervisor your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Overseeing all PPMs and Reactive repairs
• Participate in a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
• Supervision of a small team of building maintenance engineers
• Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance duties
• Reporting in to the contracts manager
• Assisting with the monitoring of KPIs & SLAs
• Attending client meetings

Profile

The successful candidate will be electrically qualified and a well established building services Supervisor. Ideally with shift experience.
