A large NHS organisation is currently seeking an experienced Estates professional, who has experience within Healthcare Estates and a proven track record of large-scale Estates Refurbishment/Reconfiguration. 

Remit of requirement:
  • Professional and Operational Lead for the remodelling and refurbishment of two large existing site operations, to create to new Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) configurations for the organisation;
  • Experienced in large, complex technological and estates projects and programmes which have tight timescales;
  • Ability to enter the programme at the 3 month point – of possibly 12 month piece of work – and get up to speed quickly;
  • Used to working with Directors and ADs in delivering projects programmes;
  • Strong financial expertise and contract management experience;
  • Would be lead for entire premises streams of work, engaging various stakeholders throughout the programme of work;
  • Needs to establish a clear programme and introduce project management reporting / tracking;
Ideal Candidate:
  • Candidate must hold experience of working within the NHS ideally some understanding of ambulance services/emergency care Estates reconfiguration in a live environment;
  • Would be beneficial if candidate had some experience of call centres – ambulance, health or private;
