Building Surveys - Residential and Commercial

Dilapidations and Reinstatement work

Agency / Investment work

Business rates and Insurance work

Work will be across the region of Manchester, N.Cheshire, Chester, Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan etc

Profile

Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS.

Ideally holding Registered Valuer

Variety of experience level and areas of expertise considered depending on salary expectation.

Able to work autonomously
