Description
Joining the region as Technical Manager, you will be charged with the day-to-day running of the Technical team, which consists of Architectural and Civil Engineering professionals. You will be required to support the Technical Director in ensuring regional targets are hit, through ensuring KPI's are met.
You will also play a key role in supporting the training, development and encouragement of young talent within the team. Alongside this, you will be running your own projects, and can expect to enjoy all the typical duties that fall within technical, from land appraisal, through to adoption and hand over.
Profile
I'm looking to speak to a passionate, driven and inclusive individual who can both manage a team and their own projects.
To be successful in this position, you must have previous experience working for a volume residential developer. You must have an engineering bias, or at least have enjoyed abundant exposure to engineering aspects in your role.
You enjoy technically challenging sites, using a the full breadth of your experience and knowledge to innovatively mitigate and resolve challenges as they present themselves.
A full driving licence is a must as you will be making site visits.
