Seeking an experience Site Manager or PM run Projects involved in Energy Efficiency upgrades. Experience with Solar, Ground Sourced Heat Pumps etc is ideal. This is a roaming role covering work across the country.

Description

Contribute to the development of policy and procedures, whilst ensuring all other company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times and that legal requirements and good practice are observed. This is especially important with Health and Safety.

Remain up to date, be knowledgeable and fully conversant with the building services systems including all mechanical, electrical, pool filtration and water controls systems.

Work with Management to progress a remote monitoring solution

Work with the Management to devise and develop a quality management system covering all aspects of the organisations service delivery

Assist in the Implementation of this quality management system and seek ISO 9001 accreditation.

Oversee Project works, liaising with the client and ensuring the highest standard of Health, Safety and Quality are met.

Prepare a programme of works. Agree scope of works with sub-contractors, appointing all consultants, suppliers and advisors.

Identify variations and impacts on programme. Produce reports.

Carry out duties of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor under CDM Regulations

Financial Management of the Project. Feedback to Management on cost & timescales.

Profile

Proven experience in Project Management

Suitable qualifications in M&E and Project Management, ideally HNC/HND or Degre qualified.

Additional expertise in energy efficiency upgrades including solar, ground source heat pumps or other suitable projects is highly desirable.

Capable of covering a roaming role and staying away where required.
