Engineering - Permit Manager - Central London

Managing Agent requires an Engineering Permit Manager  in Central London to look after the   project delivery of M&E and Building and Fabric services to a 200,000 sq ft flagship site.

You will be responsible for the Building Services, Fabric and Health & Safety within, duties including: 

Your primary role will be to make sure that the main contractor deals with all snags and defects outstanding as well as making sure that both main contractor and fit out contractors have all necessary RAMS , permits to work that are relevant to work to be carried out , as well as checking that works done are in line with works. 

Due to the nature of works been overseen it is desired that the successful candidate has a minimum HNC/ HND or ONC in Building Services.
