We are pleased to be working with a major name in Facilities Management sector, our customer is part of a major European engineering, infrastructure and FM services business and as such are recognised globally as an innovative and technologically advanced support services business.

Your new role

We are looking for a corporate and professional leader, you will manage and deliver all the FM activities within a major Central London Campus

• Managing a large service team
• Acting as the point of escalation for the client
• Managing 3^rd party supply chain partners
• Identifying commercial opportunity’s
• Working with senior level clients to drive contract growth
• Implementing a hotel style standard service delivery
• Ensuring contractual compliance

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a proven leader and an individual used to managing large scale FM contracts. A background within the corporate, banking, new media or technology sectors would be desirable. It is imperative you have a strong desire to grow and develop services and relationships. Exposure to senior level customers and board level stakeholders is advantageous. Knowledge of engineering and maintenance would be advantageous.
