Technical Services Manager

    
Our Client:

Leading FM business are seeking an experienced technical manager to oversee all M+E elements of a new contract in Devon. The main responsibilities will include;

Role details:

•    Managing all elements of hard services at a large single site for plant and equipment
•    Leading an on-site team of engineers
•    Overseeing all PPM and reactive maintenance
•    Budget management of core and additional works
•    Ensuring HSE compliance including risk management 
•    Sub-contractor management including selection and monitoring
•    Leading the site induction programme and toolbox talks
•    Acting as key point of contact for all technical matters

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record within building services working for an FM provider or M+E contractor. IOSH is essential for the role. Good knowledge of leading and sub-contractor teams is also important and ONC/HNC level within a building services/engineering discipline is also preferable.
