FM Account Director

This is a senior opportunity to join a leading Facilities business to lead an EMEA wide TFM contract within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector. The main elements of the role will include;

Role details:

• IFM leadership of corporate, r+d and manufacturing sites across UK + EMEA
• Leading the strategic development of the account
• Budgetary responsibility of c10m + additional works
• Management of operations team
• Overseeing all sub-contractor relationships including procurement
• Ensuring GMP/GMP/GLP compliance for all sites
• Developing senior level client relationships across EMEA
• Travelling around the portfolio
• Developing additional works across the sites

Requirements:

You will have a TFM background across the pharmaceutical sector either client side or working for an FM provider. A technical services background would be advantageous for the role and strong understanding of GMP/GXP compliance is essential. Previous experience of managing a UK and EMEA portfolio is also important for the role.
