Assistant Facilities Manager

A leading FM provider is looking for a technically biased Assistant Facilities Manager to work on a large multiple building site based in Somerset on a 9 month FTC. The key aspects of the role will include;

Role details:

•    Delivery of TFM services at one key site and other satellite sites across the South West
•    Leading an on-site team including engineers
•    Managing all PPM and reactive maintenance for the site
•    Ensuring that all SLA's are met across all service lines
•    Sub-contractor management 
•    HSE management including undertaking risk assessments and audits
•    Regular reporting to key client stakeholders
•    Undertaking project work as required 

Requirements:

You will have an engineering background with knowledge of delivering TFM services. Previous team management experience is essential as is a good customer facing acumen. Sector experience of the manufacturing/industrial sector would be an advantage.
