Job Details
Our Client:
A global FM business is seeking an electrical engineer for a blue chip corporate client site based in West London/Middlesex. The main elements of the role will include;
Role details:
• Day to day PPM and reactive maintenance for the electrical equipment on the site
• Identify and report faults with building services equipment
• Oversee all HSE/statutory compliance as required
• Report any changes to service to site management teams
• Undertake audit work as required
• Maintenance of accident reports and other administration for the site
• Assistance with project/capital works as required
Requirements:
You should be qualified and time-served electrical engineer with a solid maintenance track record in building services environment. C+G 18th edition is essential and IOSH or CSCS card would be an advantage.
