FM Account Lead

Our Client:

A blue chip client is looking for an experienced FM account manager to lead a TFM account across the UK with opportunity for expansion into EMEA. Key deliverables will include;

Role details:

•    TFM leadership for a variety of corporate sites across the UK
•    Sub- contractor procurement and management
•    Budget management of 6m +
•    Management of on-site FM teams
•    Organic growth and development of the account
•    Assisting with projects including c-19 and transformation projects
•    Building key stakeholder relationships across the sites

Requirements:

You will have a strong background in delivering TFM blue chip corporate sites across the UK/and EMEA. Strong client relationship management skills are essential for this role as is strong budget management experience and team leadership skills.
