Delfont Mackintosh Theatres is owned by Sir Cameron Mackintosh and operates eight of the most prestigious theatres in London’s West End. Prince Edward and Prince of Wales, Novello, Gielgud, Sondheim (formerly Queen’s), Noël Coward, Victoria Palace and Wyndham’s have all had major refurbishments in the last few years, combining beautiful restoration with twenty first century comfort. We have also recently welcomed Victoria Palace to the Delfont Mackintosh Theatres group.

An exceptional candidate is sought to take on the role of FM Manager, delivering service provisions in relation to all building engineering assets within the group’s eight theatres. The successful candidate will report directly to the Theatre Asset Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and cost effective delivery of all MEP systems.

The post holder will take full responsibility for supervising our in-house Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Team as well as all contractors when carrying out any all MEP, fabric related, planned and reactive works. You will ensure effective management of all works to be carried out  through the CAFM system as our CAFM ‘super user’.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are prerequisite traits, as is the ability to work in a collaborative and customer focused manner, across a large, complex and multi-faceted organisation.  You will possess excellent technical skills with a recognised professional engineering/building services qualification and corporate membership of a relevant body.  This role will suit a professional with experience across diverse estates, who is adept in delivering ‘best in class’ services in similar consumer led environments.

This is a role that will suit pro-active individuals who take real pride and ownership in their buildings.
