The Head of Buildings and Maintenance will lead the team to fulfil the College’s objectives as they relate to the built environment in which it operates. This means both the delivery of service excellence and value for money on a day-to-day basis, and also developing and delivering the longer-term buildings and maintenance strategy.

There is the opportunity for salary progression through performance-based increments. In addition, the College offers excellent benefits including an occupational pension scheme and free meals. The College is happy to consider flexible working arrangements.

Selwyn College is home to students of all backgrounds from the UK and across the world.  We are proud of our diversity.  We therefore welcome staff whatever their race, gender, sexuality, disability or religious belief, and we are keen to receive applications from people who may be under-represented in our community.
