Regional Technical Services Manager

This leading FM business is recruiting an experienced technical services manager to lead a number of sites across the UK. The key aspects of the role will be;

Role details:

•    Leading all technical and engineering services for a portfolio of corporate and manufacturing sites
•    Managing a team of on-site technical managers
•    Budget management for all engineering services
•    Ensuring that all HSE and statutory compliance is adhered to for the contract
•    Day to day monitoring of all SLA's for the account
•    Scoping and delivering additional project works for the sites
•    Delivering innovation and best practise across the portfolio.

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record across building services/engineering within the corporate and manufacturing sectors and will have overseen multiple sites. Strong budget and team leadership experience is also essential for this role as is the ability to travel across England.
