Associate Director, Cleaning/Facilities Services, £60,000, London

Our client is an entrepreneurial and innovative facilities management company, specialising in the delivery of Soft Services to Blue Chip clientele. Having created an exceptional reputation for service delivery and customer satisfaction they provide facilities services to many of the landmark buildings in London.

They are now looking for a senior facilities/cleaning management professional for the position of Associate Director with a background delivering commercial cleaning within extremely high spec blue chip environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational and commercial management of a number of prestigious cleaning contracts ensuring that clients receive a world class standard in service. You will provide leadership to the various teams on each contract, develop brilliant working relationships with clients and manage the contracts profit and loss.

Duties will include.

To ensure the safety of all business and community stakeholdersTo deliver high quality support services through training, empowerment, and motivation of their direct teamsDrive reduction in cost and improvement in delivery quality.To ensure that the strategic and business objectives as well as the Values and Behaviours of the company are embedded into practice.Delivery of key financial targetsReporting progress, performance opportunities and issues to Operations DirectorResponsible for ensuring organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for company's Operational functions within the contractsRequired to work with the senior management team and contribute to the development and implementation and embedding of organisational strategies, policies, and practicesDeliver commercial and operational leadership through strategic management, growth of the portfolio and the development of staff.Take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for embedding positive Health, Well-Being and Zero Harm Safety standards and behaviours across the business in line with the company Strategy and PoliciesTake ownership, responsibility, and accountability for Customer Relationship Management in conjunction with Operations Director.P&L responsibility for ALL Operational Contracts within their contract remit, setting and adhering to annual budgets set in conjunction with Operations Director and FinanceOverall responsibility for Quality Standards and Quality of Services delivered to ALL Operational ContractsTake ownership, responsibility and accountability for the training and development of ALL Operational staff in conjunction with HR and Training Colleagues

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cleaning, demonstrative experience managing large teams, superb client relationship management skills and a good understanding of Profit and Loss accounts.

A fantastic opportunity it comes with a salary up to £60,000 plus flexible benefits, pension and bonus.
