Customer Service Manager, Cleaning/Soft Services/FM, London, £40,00 Our client is an entrepreneurial and innovative facilities management company, specialising in the delivery of Soft Services to Blue Chip clientele. Having created an exceptional reputation for service delivery and customer satisfaction they provide facilities services to many of the landmark buildings in London.Having grown significantly with multiple contract wins they are now seeking a Customer Service Manager to help develop and manage the customer service team, ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered for their clients, 24/7, 365 days a year. The roles responsibilities will include:Manage and Develop the Customer Services TeamDrive best practice and implement change.Build and maintain strong relationships with all teams and stakeholdersEnsure the team is trained on the companies Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)Ensure all associated KPI's and SLA's are implemented, met, monitored and reviewedTo prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reportsMonitor and review the working practices to ensure the Service Level Agreements with stakeholders meet their needs within the resources available The ideal candidate will have experience working in facilities management, within a customer service management role. You will have experience using Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), and will have excellent communication and stake holder management skills. A permanent role, it comes with a salary up to £40,000, flexible benefits, pension and 28 days holiday.
