We serve over 13,000 learners across a growing school and further education estate, ensuring over 75,000sqm of space is open, operational safe and compliant. Whilst delivering capital reinvestment and renewal projects currently running at over £50m. We are rationalising our estate and we are building whole new Colleges. We are maximising our income to reinvest in our existing buildings through a long-term masterplan lens - it’s an exciting time!

The role requires you to be part of a team with collective responsibility for all buildings and external areas of the sites in the delivery of all estates service and to undertake and assist in undertaking all relevant activities to deliver estates services in line with our SLA standards, targets.

You will be required to undertake maintenance repairs and compliance activities to the building/sites as directed and respond to emergencies and make investigations in to loss of gas, electrical power and lighting and carry out basic testing of portable appliances and take remedial actions.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and sound administration skills.
