Our client is an independently owned FM & Workplace services business. Operating across retail, corporate, logistics and manufacturing they have developed a reputation for client centric service delivery and are widely regarded as an innovative and forward-thinking business.

Your new role

We are recruiting for an Account Director to manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, this includes a varied property portfolio which includes logistics sites and commercial offices day to day duties will include.

• Account management
• Contract development and developing stakeholder relationships
• Management of budgets and P&L
• Identifying commercial opportunities
• Maximising account and contract potential through client development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant contractual agreements
• Leadership, guidance and management of the management team

What you'll need to succeed

You must be able to demonstrate an innovative and modern working capability and have delivered FM at a senior level. It is imperative you can communicate and present at a senior level. You must be commercially astute and be used to managing a large P&L.
