The FM Operations Manager will work closely with the rest of the management team to ensure that the day to day operations are ran professionally sand safely in accordance with the contractual requirements.

Our client is a major FM Service Provider who are providing FM Services to a large hospital via a PFI Healthcare contract.

Description

The FM Operations Manager will be responsible for:

• Day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure that all information is recorded correctly to ensure that all planned and reactive works are carried out in a timely and effective manner
• Managing third party suppliers to ensure best value for money is being achieved
• Supporting the Account Manager and Finance Team with the financial management of the account
• Identifying and managing business risk
• Recruitment of operational FM staff
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Promoting a positive and high standard of health and safety culture

Profile

To be considered for this role, applicants must be able to demonstrate having managed a team of at least 20 FM operatives and ideally hold a mechanical or electrical qualification as well as a health & safety qualification.

It would be highly advantageous to have prior experience of working on a PFI contract.

This role is site based in Coventry and will require a full time presence on site so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Coventry region.
