Our customer is a globally recognised brand and is widely regarded as a market leading FM, property services and engineering business. They deliver hard and soft FM to major customers within banking, technology, media and high-end office space globally.

Your new role

Due to the commencement of a new EMEA contract with a major corporate customer they are looking to appoint an Account Director. Based at a head office site in London you will manage the delivery of all associated TFM services. You will hold the senior stakeholder relationships, all contract growth and development and act as the senior point of contact for all escalations.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a senior level Account Director, you must have managed multiple services across large corporate estates and be used to developing and growing accounts. Its important you have good commercial skill and can manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
