SPV Manager

The Role

Reporting into the Divisional Head of one of the leading SPV/Asset Management Service Providers in the UK you will be managing a PFI contract for an acute 600 bed hospital in the West Midlands. Overseeing the FM providers delivering hard & soft FM as well as lifecycle projects. This is a complex contract and with a real focus on compliance and the commercial elements of the contract. My client have worked with the trust for 8 years and have built a good reputation, so the successful individual will need to be able to manage and build upon this where possible. 

The Candidate

The successful candidate will need to have a strong technical background with exposure to hard FM. A TFM background will also be considered, ideally you will have experience of the health sector although this is not essential as a wider public sector background will suffice. You will need to have worked in a PFI environment before and be able to manage the different stakeholders involved in such a contract, along with a strong commercial understanding. This is a challenging operational role and therefore a candidate that can demonstrate a proven track record within this environment will have a distinct advantage.

A large and well established SPV/Asset Management Provider who operate across the UK with a diverse range of clients. They seek to protect and enhance the value of their investors assets which total £3bn. They are a financially strong and stable business who are looking for a long time career minded individual to add value to their business.
