School Business Manager

Eastlea Community School is seeking to appoint an experienced, hardworking  and diligent School Business Manager with experience in leading, developing and challenging teams to maintain and improve the school and its environment.  They  will need to be a confident, professional & approachable communicator as they will be liaising with external and internal stakeholders, including staff, students, parents and the wider community.

The successful applicant should have good time management skills, be able to meet deadlines and have a flexible approach to work as priorities could change at short notice. A good level of all Microsoft Office Suite applications and excellent numeracy, literacy and ICT skills are essential. Knowledge of school MIS is desirable, as is previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of managing organisational change.
