Buildings Manager

This newly created role will take day to day management responsibility for the properties operated by Britten Pears Arts (BPA) which are located at Snape and Aldeburgh.

Our diverse collection of properties includes the former home of Britten and Pears – The Red House, our prestigious concert hall at Snape Maltings, performance spaces as well as residential and student accommodation. The overarching responsibility is to ensure that all of these locations are well maintained and legally compliant at all times.

We are looking for someone with proven leadership and project management skills and who has an excellent understanding of building management systems.  Being NEBOSH qualified and having experience of CAFM systems would be ideal.

The role includes creating and managing budgets, implementing a full maintenance programme and working closely with colleagues to manage projects.
