AFM HOME BASED LONDON

My client a managing agent seeks a AFM to support a Team of FM's with experience to look after a portfolio of office sites from an admin and operational perspective. You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors. 
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and will be trained on managing service charge budgets.
