Your new company

Our customer is a well-respected global FM business who has strong presence across the public and private sectors both in the UK and Globally. They are now recruiting a TFM manager for a new contract based in the East Midlands.

Your new role

They are now looking for an experienced TFM Facilities Manager to lead a large single site within the manufacturing sector. The key day to day duties will include;

• Management of hard and soft services for the site
• Leadership of the on-site teams and a variety of sub-contractors
• Budget management of c1.5m
• Day to day ownership of all HSE matters for the site
• Overseeing all reactive maintenance jobs via the CAFM system
• Undertaking additional capital works projects as required
• Management of the audit programme for soft services
• Build key relationships with senior client contacts across the site

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an IFM background ideally within a manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong team leadership is essential for the role as is a good understanding of M+E delivery. IOSH would also be an advantage
