Your new company
Our customer is a well-respected global FM business who has strong presence across the public and private sectors both in the UK and Globally. They are now recruiting a TFM manager for a new contract based in the East Midlands.
Your new role
They are now looking for an experienced TFM Facilities Manager to lead a large single site within the manufacturing sector. The key day to day duties will include;
- Management of hard and soft services for the site
- Leadership of the on-site teams and a variety of sub-contractors
- Budget management of c1.5m
- Day to day ownership of all HSE matters for the site
- Overseeing all reactive maintenance jobs via the CAFM system
- Undertaking additional capital works projects as required
- Management of the audit programme for soft services
- Build key relationships with senior client contacts across the site
What you'll need to succeed
You will have an IFM background ideally within a manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong team leadership is essential for the role as is a good understanding of M+E delivery. IOSH would also be an advantage
