Account Director - Soft Services

Your new company

Our customer is a well-established soft services business who manage high-end corporate sites across London. They are looking for an experienced Account Director with strong cleaning/soft services to manage one of their key accounts.

Your new role

As the result of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead an account covering prime real estate across London. The key elements of the role will include.

• Delivery of cleaning and other soft services across c40 corporate office buildings in central London
• Budget management of c3m with growth potential
• Day to day management of a large operations team including recruitment and development.
• Sub-contractor procurement and management for specialist services
• Ensure that all HSE and statutory compliance is met across the estate including conducting audits.
• Building senior level relationships across the estate

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a strategically focused Account Director who has managed cleaning or soft services across high value corporate office estates. Experience of growing an account would also be an advantage. It is also important you have good commercial skill and can manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
