SENIOR FM CENTRAL LONDON - DEVELOPER - MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

My client a Developer seeks an SFM with experience managing other FM's/BM's overseeing the the delivery of FM services on a mainly office. You will be responsible for sites all located in a pocket of Central London.You will liaise with service partners on a daily basis. Another key part of the role will involve very close tenant engagement as well as attending meeting with develpment and project teamstoo.
You will report to a Head of Asset Management.
You will be responsible from managing any project works on site from cradle to grave and appoint relevant contractors. 
You will also have an IOSH/NEBOSH and already be setting and managing service charge budgets.
