Head of Projects

Your new company

 Our customer is a global FM business who has an established reputation for delivering TFM and hard services to FTSE 250 clients across the UK. They also deliver large complex projects to clients including M+E projects.

 Your new role

They are now seeking a Head of Projects to lead large projects and grow the existing business within corporate accounts. The key elements of the role will incorporate;

• Leading a number of key projects within the business area
• Operations management across the projects
• Managing all P+L for the projects
• Generating growth within accounts for project work
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Overseeing all compliance for the projects including risk analysis and mitigation
• Developing senior level relationships within the client portfolio

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a proven track record in delivering complex projects within either an FM, M+E or construction environment. Good relationship building skills are essential for the role as is ability to generate new business from existing and new clients. Strong commercial awareness and acumen is also essential for the role and NEBOSH or APMP would also be an advantage.
