The Management Recruitment Group is a boutique recruitment consultancy with a particular focus on Education.  Our Public Sector Estates Management Division is widely recognised as the leading recruitment brand within Higher Education Estates and Facilities Management.

We are currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator on a 12 month Maternity Cover (fix-term contract) with the strong potential of a longer term opportunity within the company.  This role plays an essential part in the ongoing success of team and will be based in our WeWork Head Office in the City (Eastcheap).

Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will provide support to 7 consultants who manage a wide variety of recruitment campaigns throughout higher education & independent schools. As a key member of the team you will be actively involved throughout the process carrying out research / sourcing candidates, coordinating advertising, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our database.  You will also act as the link between the team and our Marketing Manager, coordinating & proof reading all marketing material for the Team’s search campaigns.

This role would suit an individual that has as the ability to work autonomously, to tight deadlines and who has excellent attention to detail.

You might be a recent graduate with an interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment. Alternatively you may have experience within recruitment but wish to move away from a fee earning 360 role or be looking to return to the industry following a career break. Part time and flexible working options are available.
