About the Role

The Group Property Service Manager will ensure the central property team delivers a flexible, responsive service to our schools, homes and offices across the UK. You will ensure services have access to appropriate support and resources to maintain and enhance facilities to ensure best quality environments in which regulatory expectations are exceeded.

The Group Property Service Manager will work collaboratively with many Head of Departments across the Group including Finance, Compliance and Procurement. This will ensure that you have full budget control/oversight and that our provisions meet regulations and are a safe place for employees and young people in our care.

You will directly line manage a team of 4 Regional Property Managers. As the Group continues to grow, you must be comfortable planning ahead and be able to monitor, review and ensure resources are well managed.  

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is experienced and comfortable with Regional/National responsibility and accountability for delivery. Your facilities will be judged to meet all statutory requirements at internal quality inspections and regulator inspections. You will have project management, contract management and resource management experience and be at ease being in control of the budgets.

It would be desirable for us if you have a RICS/IWFM qualification or equivalent however this is not essential. A NEBOSH/IOSH qualification is also desirable.
