University of the Arts London is seeking to appoint at Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of the FF&E component of its new campus developments for the London College of Fashion and London College of Communication.

We are in the midst of delivering two major projects that will provide new world-class campuses for the London College of Fashion (at Stratford) and the London College of Communication (at Elephant and Castle) respectively.  Initially focused on the Stratford project, the Senior Project Manager role will form an important part of the major projects delivery team and will lead in the planning and execution of the delivery of all fixtures, fittings, and equipment into the new campus as well as having an oversight role of both Building Operational Readiness & Relocation workstreams.  Following successful occupation of the building at Stratford, it is anticipated that the post holder will then focus on the delivery of the same portfolio of work for the Elephant and Castle project.

We are seeking an individual with relevant experience in a project management role with responsibility for leading a complex portfolio of FF&E fit out projects.  You will have strong commercial management skills, with the ability to procure and manage a diverse range of supply chain partners in the delivery of FF&E packages.  Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, as the Senior Project Manager will need to work collaboratively yet in a result-focused manner with UAL and London College of Fashion colleagues to deliver against the expected brief across a very diverse range of FF&E.
