Our customer is a well-known brand based in Liverpool City Centre. As the result of growth within the team they are looking for an experienced soft services Facilities Manager to join their team.
Your new role
This role will involve managing a range of soft services and day to day responsibilities will include;
- Delivery of cleaning, security, waste and other soft services across a large campus site
- Working on a continental shift pattern of 4 on 4 off
- Day to day management of an operations team of c35 including recruitment and development of the team.
- Building senior relationships across the site
- Ensuring that all KPI’s are met for the service lines
- Management of all HSE related matters including undertaking site audits
- Overseeing all equipment for the site
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced soft services FM who has a people focused approach and has strong organisation and relationship building skills. IOSH/SIA would also be an advantage and the ability to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern is essential for the role.
