Hexagon Group are delighted to be partnered with a niche, residential property management company in their search for a Facilities Manager to manage a high-end portfolio in Central London.

Due to recent contract wins and continued growth, you will be joining at a crucial time for the business and with a notable pipeline of work, there is a great buzz around the company!

As the Facilities Manager, you will be directly responsible for the overall management of the portfolio, liaising with occupiers acting as a key point of contact, overseeing the service charge budgets and monitoring site health & safety. In addition, as part of this role, you will be responsible for the management / development of a small FM team.

You will ideally have experience working with the residential management sector, fully understand the Section 20 Landlord & Tenant Act and understand Fire Safety Act. Ideally, you will hold your IRPM and NEBOSH certificate, but this is not essential.
