Head of Technical Services - Client Side - London

£80,000 - £85,000 plus executive benefits package

Hexagon Group are pleased to partner with a global real estate investment business, to aid them in their search for a Head of Technical Services to provide technical guidance to their current UK portfolio, as well as providing consultancy support to investment and development teams.

Our client has an extremely large presence across major European countries, and own multi-billion pounds worth of assets; which include commercial, retail, and residential properties; and with an impressive pipeline of new developments; this is increasing rapidly!

As the Head of Technical Services, you will be based in London, however the role will require several days of travel to major UK cities; and eventually your expertise may require occasional travel to Europe. You will be responsible for:

Assisting with Technical Due Diligence on new acquisitionsIdentify innovative ways to improve on energy & sustainabilityProvide technical support to a variety of teams such as operations, investment, and developmentAct as an emergency point of contact as and when requiredManage both in-house and external technical management teamsYou will ideally have experience leading technical operations across a varied property portfolio as well as having spent some years working in a hands-on capacity. In addition, you will ideally have a relevant engineering degree and / or trade qualifications.
