Client side Privately owned Business in Central London seeks FM /Office Coordinator/ FM Administrator to join the FM team
Daily responsibilities will include liaison with service partners making sure that all risk assessments and method statements are completed and filed before works are carried out, producing monthly reporting on service partner performance and dealing with any service partner invoicing, keeping the H&S platform updated, raising PO's and instructing and chasing up works., as well as dealing with other office related duties including ordering stationary, taking inventories, scheduling couriers, floor walks, dealing with office moves and project works.
There will also be a lot of direct communication with customers on site both verbal and written so it is important that these are strong. The role does require an individual that is very customer centric and organised.
The roel needs someone pro-active, driven, organised and methodical in there approach that also prioritise workload accordingly.
