Our client is a well-known UK based FM Services contractor, with a reputation for quality hard FM and project services they have grown significantly over the last 5 years and have carved out a reputation for innovation, technology and professional engineering services. With a loyal and established client base they have an ambitious 5-year plan.
Your new role
We are recruiting for an industry experienced BDD to join the sales function to really drive the growth and quality of the work winning strategy. Key areas will include.
- Having a growth and “What’s Next” Mindset
- Leading the work winning function
- Cultivating a collaborative in house work environment
- Involvement in all aspects of the sales cycle
- Developing solutions for customers
- Identifying new and existing commercial opportunities
- Producing quality and compelling bids
- Carrying out traditional BD activities
- Managing and developing sales pipeline and CRM
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a professional Development Director that can manage and lead all aspects of the sales cycle, you must be exceptionally outward facing but also be able to manage all the internal aspects of BD (pricing, solutions, bids). Knowledge of the outsourcing sector is essential.
