London

£60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance and amazing benefits

Our client is a highly regarded, independent firm of property professionals, who are known just as well for their industry knowledge as they are for being one of the warmest, most welcoming property advisory organisations in the UK. Impressively, as they have grown, they've managed to preserve a remarkable culture that truly nurtures its employees and yet they remain highly competitive and are rapidly expanding.

They are looking for an Associate Director to join their Commercial Property Management team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of management for a commercial property portfolio across the City of London and a retail portfolio across the South East. You will have direct line management of a Property Administrator, oversee and sign off service charge budgets, building a rapport with clients and management of leases and schedules.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about buildings and will have experience working as an Associate Director within commercial property management or an aspiring Senior Surveyor. You'll ideally be RICS qualified and hold a full UK driving licence.
